Kornnaphat Sethratanapong, known as Orm, is a Channel 3 actress and the daughter of actress Narumol Pongsupap, with work including Matalada (2023) and The Secret of Us (2024) opposite Lingling Kwong. In the Instagram photo (@orm.kornnaphat) behind our Spotted On graphic, she wears WHOOP 5.0 on a SportFlex band in Flurry.
The look

This is a Total Look graphic: a white dress, short socks and tennis shoes, with WHOOP 5.0 on a SportFlex band in Flurry, white with small flecks and a navy underside. In an all-white outfit like this, a pale band lets WHOOP blend in.
What Strain is
Strain is a 0–21 scale for how much load your body took on that day, counting workouts and everyday activity. WHOOP splits it into four bands: light (0–9), moderate (10–13), high (14–17) and all out (18–21). Strain Target sets a daily target from last night’s sleep and today’s Recovery and tells you whether you’re in the optimal zone, overreaching or restoring; it’s on every membership.
A band for training days
WHOOP lists SportFlex as 100% silicone with an adjustable, vented clasp, waterproof and resistant to sweat, dirt and stains, which makes it the band for workouts and swimming. For lifting or boxing, where the wrist moves fast, WHOOP suggests moving the device to the upper arm for a steadier heart rate, then back to the wrist for sleep.
What the Peak membership adds
Peak has everything in One, plus Health Monitor, which puts heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, blood oxygen and skin temperature on one screen; Stress Monitor, a 0–3 stress score from heart rate and HRV; and VO2 Max and Healthspan, which estimate your fitness and your body’s age. For ECG you need a WHOOP MG with Life.
WHOOP and tennis
WHOOP is an official partner of the WTA, the women’s professional tennis tour, and players such as Aryna Sabalenka use and promote it. Orm’s white dress and court shoes fit right in with a SportFlex WHOOP.
Similar colours in our shop
We have SportFlex in Flurry, like Orm’s, and other pale shades such as Charge, Drift and Glide.
Our bands are third-party replacements that fit WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG (Life). On an MG they can’t take ECG readings, which need WHOOP’s own MG bands; everything else works as normal. They don’t fit WHOOP 4.0.
Frequently asked questions
Can I play tennis in WHOOP?
Yes. Wear it snug where WHOOP recommends, about a finger’s width above the wrist bone, on a sweat-resistant band such as SportFlex.
Is a high Strain good?
Not necessarily. Strain says how hard the day was, not whether that was good. Read it with Recovery and Strain Target, which suggest how hard to go that day.
