When we pack and ship
We prepare your order for shipping within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed. After the parcel is handed to the courier, Bangkok usually takes about 1 day and the rest of Thailand about 1–2 days. Remote areas, islands or courier delays can take longer.
We ship with a private courier. These times are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date. Once the parcel is on its way, we email you the tracking number. Orders placed on Shopee follow the shipping fee and delivery time shown in the Shopee order.
Import duties (international orders)
For addresses outside Thailand, prices exclude Thai VAT, but the destination country may charge import duties or customs fees, which the recipient pays (if any).
