The terms for ordering from and using luxemorestore.com, written to be easy to read. If anything's unclear, just ask.
Ordering
- An order is complete once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email.
- If an item sells out after you've paid, we'll contact you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Thai baht and include 7% VAT for delivery within Thailand.
- Prices in other currencies use exchange rates updated daily. Your card is charged in the currency you choose at checkout.
- We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and PromptPay, processed by Omise.
- Prices may change, but the price of an order you've already paid for won't.

Points
- Members earn 1 point for every ฿10 paid. Points are added once the order has been delivered.
- Get 50 points when you sign up, and 100 points when a friend you refer places their first order.
- Use points as a discount in the cart or at checkout: 100 points = ฿20, and you can use any amount.
- Points can't be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else. Points currently don't expire.
- When an order is cancelled or refunded, the points it earned are deducted and any points you spent go back into your account.
- We may change the points rules, with notice on the website beforehand. Points you've already earned stay valid.
