WHOOP 5.0 / MG bands
Which WHOOP models do your bands fit?
WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG, which share the same bands. They do not fit WHOOP 4.0, which is a different device.
Do the WHOOP bands come with the device?
No, we sell the band only. It works with the WHOOP 5.0 or WHOOP MG you already have.
What is the difference between SportFlex and SuperKnit Luxe?
SportFlex is smooth and washable, made for hard training and water sports. SuperKnit Luxe is a soft knit that is comfortable all day, and our charms slide right onto it.
Can I change the band myself?
Yes. Take the device out of the old band and fit it to the new one as shown in the WHOOP instructions. It takes under a minute and needs no tools.
Charms
Which bands do the charms fit?
They fit WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG fabric bands, such as SuperKnit. We haven't tested WHOOP 4.0 yet, so we don't recommend it for now.
How do I put a charm on? Do I need tools?
No tools needed. Unclip the band from the device, thread the end of the band through the charm's slide bar, move it where you like, then clip the band back on.
Can I wear several charms on one band?
Yes — as many as the band length allows. You can mix ceramic and crystal charms too, since they use the same slide bar.
Can they get wet or sweaty?
Everyday sweat and splashes are fine, but take them off before swimming in chlorinated pools or the sea, and keep perfume away from crystal charms, so the colour and sparkle last longer.
Orders and shipping
How long does delivery take, and how much is shipping?
We pack and ship within 1–2 business days of payment. Within Thailand it arrives in 1–3 business days; shipping is ฿60, and free on orders over ฿1,500.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Asia and Australia take 5–10 business days for ฿350; the rest of the world takes 10–21 business days for ฿650. Import duties in the destination country, if any, are paid by the recipient.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and PromptPay, processed by Omise. We never see or store your card number.
We also accept crypto: USDT and USDC on BNB Smart Chain or Polygon, and Bitcoin over Lightning. The amount is converted automatically.
Membership and points
How do I earn points?
Sign up for free and get 50 points straight away. You earn 1 point for every ฿10 you spend, plus 100 points when a friend you refer places their first order.
How do I use my points?
In the cart or at checkout there's a box to enter how many points to use. 100 points = ฿20 off, and you can use any amount.
Is Luxe More connected with WHOOP?
No. Luxe More is an independent brand from Thailand, not affiliated with or endorsed by WHOOP, Inc.
