Sutatta Udomsilp, known as Punpun, started acting at ten and is known for the film Laddaland (2011), which won her best supporting actress at the Kom Chad Luek Awards, and the series Hormones (2013). Her Instagram (@punpun_sutatta) has so many photos of WHOOP MG on different bands that they filled a whole Spotted On set.

Punpun’s band changes with the look: pink Bloom with pink sportswear, turquoise Tide with a white top, camel leather on dressier days. One device goes with everything if you have a few bands.
Choosing a band for the activity
- Swimming and beach days: SportFlex, which WHOOP recommends for swimming, rinsed in fresh water after chlorine or sea water.
- Workouts: SportFlex resists sweat. For lifting or boxing, WHOOP suggests moving the device to the upper arm.
- Every day and for sleep: SuperKnit, which WHOOP rates among its softest bands for sleeping.
- Dressier days: SuperKnit Luxe or LeatherLuxe with a metal clasp.
WHOOP 5.0 and MG are rated IP68 to 10 metres: fine for swimming, but not for diving or the sauna. Fabric and leather bands aren’t waterproof.
WHOOP and your cycle
For women using WHOOP, Menstrual Cycle Insights adjusts Strain and sleep advice to the phase of your cycle, on every membership. WHOOP is clear that it isn’t contraception and can’t detect pregnancy or menopause.
Similar colours in our shop
We have SuperKnit in Tide, SportFlex in Ice and Bloom, Blush in both SuperKnit and SuperKnit Luxe, and a Camel Leather Luxe with a gold clasp. We don’t have Rhodonite yet.
Our bands are third-party replacements that fit WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG (Life). On an MG they can’t take ECG readings, which need WHOOP’s own MG bands; everything else works as normal. They don’t fit WHOOP 4.0.
