Guides to choosing, wearing and caring for bands compatible with WHOOP 5.0 and MG.
What makes Recovery green, yellow or red? What is a good HRV? How does the 0–21 Strain scale work, and where does Sleep Need come from? Explained from WHOOP’s own guides and the research, with how to use the data without stressing over any single day.
How do SuperKnit, SuperKnit Luxe, SportFlex, CoreKnit, Navigator, CloudKnit, LeatherLuxe and Meridian differ? Which are waterproof, which are best for sleep, which suit the office? From WHOOP’s own information, with prices from WHOOP’s Thai store and what Thai buyers should know about MG bands.
Jumpy heart rate, missing sleep, or a workout that doesn’t match how it felt? Often the fix is moving the band by a finger’s width. Here is how WHOOP itself says to wear a 5.0 or MG: where on the wrist, how snug, and what to do for lifting, swimming and charging.
A LUXE MORE band guide organized by device model: WHOOP 5.0 works with SuperKnit Luxe or SportFlex, while WHOOP MG uses SportFlex and can take ECG readings on the MG. Check charm compatibility before ordering.
