WHOOP Bands and Charms: Pairing Colours and Choosing The Little Things or Amulette

A brown band, a gold-coloured clasp and an orange Bitcoin charm on a silver-tone bar. The shop’s new photograph is a starting point for mixing colours without making every detail match.

If you already like your band colour, one charm can add a clear focal point. Brown remains the main colour in the opening photograph, with the orange Bitcoin coin as a small, noticeable detail. The silver-tone slide bar and gold-coloured clasp do not have to match.

Start with what you want to change. A different band colour changes more of the look. If you would rather add an airplane, a golf ball or a favourite symbol to a band you already enjoy, start with a charm.

Choose the Band Colour, Then the Clasp

The shop’s SuperKnit Luxe range has five colours: Walnut with a gold-tone clasp, Midnight with gold-tone, Glacier with gold-tone, Red with gold-tone and Aqua with titanium-tone. Clasp colour names describe the finish colour, not the type of metal.

If you often wear white shirts, denim or darker outfits, Midnight gives red and orange charms a contrasting background. Walnut works with cream, linen and warm-toned jewellery. For pastel outfits, try Aqua or Glacier, then pick a charm that echoes a colour in your clothes.

The Little Things: Planes, Golf and Favourite Things

The Little Things has five designs. Bitcoin is an orange coin, Airplane is a white plane, Golf is a white dimpled ball with a line across its centre, The X Factor is magenta and white, and Heart is red. Each shape is recognisable even when worn on its own.

Bitcoin, Airplane, Golf and The X Factor offer gold- or silver-tone slide bars. Heart is available with a gold-tone bar only. If your everyday rings and bracelets are silver-toned, start by comparing silver-tone charm options. If you like mixing gold and silver, the opening photograph offers another approach.

Amulette: Detailed Motifs and Personal Meanings

Amulette has nine designs: Horseshoe, Hamsa, Rose, Dove, Angel Wing, Sacred Bloom, Evil Eye, Moon and Heart. All have silver-tone hardware, with stainless steel and enamel specified in the product details. Unlike the simpler Little Things shapes, many Amulette designs include flowers, leaves or stars.

If you like hearts, compare the two collections. The Little Things Heart is red on a gold-tone bar, while Amulette Heart includes roses and a silver-tone bar. Symbolic meanings can be chosen for a personal connection or belief, without treating them as promises of luck or protection.

Three Pairings to Try

Walnut with Bitcoin: brown and orange share a warm palette that suits cream or earth-toned outfits. Choose a gold-tone bar to echo warm jewellery, or silver-tone for a clearer contrast against the band.

Midnight with Heart: red stands out against a dark band, whether you wear a white shirt or black outfit. Start with one heart, then decide whether you want another charm.

Aqua or Glacier with Amulette: Moon, Angel Wing and Evil Eye have blue details that work with lighter band colours. Compare them against a dark band if you prefer a stronger outline. These are styling suggestions, not bundled product sets.

Check Your Device and What Is Included

The shop’s bands are third-party accessories for WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG (Life), not WHOOP 4.0. On WHOOP MG, these bands cannot be used for ECG because ECG requires the contacts on an official MG band clasp. Other measurements remain available.

Bands, charms and devices are separate items. A band purchase does not include charms or a WHOOP device. Some photographs show several pieces together to compare colours and proportions. The charms discussed here can be paired with the shop’s SuperKnit Luxe bands; ask the shop to check another brand or model before ordering. Current prices, colour options and stock appear on each product page.

Care Depends on the Collection

Wipe Amulette gently with a soft dry cloth. For marks, use a damp cloth, then pat dry. Do not soak it. Remove it before showering or swimming, and avoid perfume, alcohol, metal polish and abrasive materials.

For The Little Things, ask the shop about care for the specific design rather than applying Amulette material or care guidance to it. If you are still choosing a charm, send the shop a photograph of your band and everyday jewellery for help comparing colours.

Before choosing a band and charm

Does the charm bar have to match the band clasp?

No. Matching tones can echo each other, but gold and silver can also be worn together. Compare them with your band colour and everyday jewellery.

How do The Little Things and Amulette differ?

The Little Things has five recognisable, simpler motifs. Four offer gold- or silver-tone bars, while Heart comes in gold-tone only. Amulette has nine more detailed designs, all with silver-tone hardware.

Do the charms fit every WHOOP band?

Do not assume compatibility from the WHOOP name alone. This guide discusses the shop’s SuperKnit Luxe bands. Ask the shop to check another brand or model before ordering.

Can I take an ECG on WHOOP MG with these bands?

No. These bands fit WHOOP MG, but ECG requires the contacts on an official MG band clasp.
