These three bands in the box are the real ones that just arrived: pale Glacier, Aqua and bright Red. Side by side, the red takes over. Before you order a band online, though, check five things so you won't need to swap it later.
1. Your device comes before the colour
Our bands are third-party and fit both WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG (Life). They don't fit WHOOP 4.0, which uses a different band system. Not sure which device you wear? Send us a photo and we'll check before you order.
2. On MG and still want ECG
On a WHOOP MG it won’t take ECG readings: ECG needs WHOOP’s own MG bands with contacts in the clasp. Everything else works as normal.
This applies to all five of our bands. If ECG is the reason you chose MG, keep WHOOP's MG band for the days you need it and switch to a colour you like on the others.
3. Look at the band and clasp colour together
The band colour usually catches your eye first, but the clasp changes the look too. In this box, Glacier and Red come with gold-coloured clasps and Aqua with a titanium-coloured one. Every product name says which (Gold or Titanium Hardware).
For a quieter look, Coffee and Midnight both come with gold-coloured clasps and go easily with workwear or darker tops. Glacier sits well with a white shirt or linen, while Aqua and Red are for days when you want your wrist to be the point of the outfit.
4. What comes in the box
One band is one band: the WHOOP device isn't included, and neither are charms you may see in styling photos. All our bands are third-party, not made or endorsed by WHOOP.
5. Stock, shipping and ordering the wrong model
Each colour comes in limited numbers, and the product page shows whether it's still in stock. Shipping in Thailand is ฿50 per order, free when your goods total after discounts reaches ฿1,500.
If you pick a band for the wrong device, we can exchange it at the actual exchange cost, which we agree with you first. If we send the wrong model or colour, tell us within 1 day of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send the right one and pay the shipping. We don't exchange for a change of mind.

How do I know which clasp colour a band has?

Is a WHOOP device included with the band?
No, we sell the band only. It works with the WHOOP 5.0 or WHOOP MG you already have.
