It\u2019s a simple outfit where WHOOP is the only jewellery on the wrist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wearing WHOOP day and night<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In bed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WHOOP works out Recovery and Sleep from the hours you sleep, so wear it to bed. WHOOP recommends the wrist at night, since some features are limited on the upper arm, and on an MG, ECG and Blood Pressure Insights need the wrist. Leather is fine for sleep, but WHOOP rates SuperKnit and CloudKnit its softest bands for sleeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Charging<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can charge while wearing it by slipping the wireless PowerPack onto the device. 5.0 and MG last 14 days or more per charge. Never charge the PowerPack while it is wet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Water<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The device is rated IP68 to 10 metres, so showers and swimming are fine, but LeatherLuxe isn\u2019t waterproof.
