For anything about your personal data, contact <a href=\"mailto:luxemore.store@gmail.com\">luxemore.store@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we collect and why<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Name, address, email and phone<\/strong> to deliver your order and contact you about it<\/li>\n<li><strong>Order history and points<\/strong> for after-sales service and the points programme<\/li>\n<li><strong>Member account<\/strong> your email and password (stored encrypted \u2014 no one can read it, including us), used to sign in<\/li>\n<li><strong>If you sign in with Google<\/strong> we receive only your name and email from Google to create your account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service providers we use<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Omise<\/strong> processes card and PromptPay payments. Card details go straight to Omise \u2014 we never see or store your card number.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brevo<\/strong> sends order confirmations and account emails<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google<\/strong> only if you choose to sign in with Google<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cloudflare<\/strong> runs our network and security and protects the site from attacks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cookies<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use only the cookies the site needs to work \u2014 your cart, sign-in, and chosen language and currency. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chatting with us and our AI assistant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you message us through the chat on our website, our LINE Official Account, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, our AI assistant replies first, using our product, price and stock information. The messages in that chat and any photos you send are passed to our AI model provider (nano-gpt) only to write the reply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We keep the whole conversation (your messages, the assistant's and our team's, and your LINE, Facebook or Instagram display name and profile picture) for 12 months to look after your orders and improve our answers. Only our team can see it, and it is deleted automatically after 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Type &quot;admin&quot; at any time to talk to our team. You can ask us to delete your conversation at any time on Instagram @luxemore.store or by email at luxemore.store@gmail.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Never send card numbers, OTP codes, passwords or seed phrases in the chat. Neither our team nor the assistant will ever ask for them.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long we keep your data<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order records are kept for 5 years as accounting law requires, after which personal details are removed.<\/li>\n<li>Unpaid orders are deleted automatically after 7 days; cancelled or failed ones after 30 days.<\/li>\n<li>Member accounts with no orders and no sign-in for 2 years are deleted automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can ask to see, copy, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Send your request to <a href=\"mailto:luxemore.store@gmail.com\">luxemore.store@gmail.com<\/a> and we'll reply within 30 days.
