If anything's unclear, just ask.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ordering<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An order is complete once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email.<\/li>\n<li>If an item sells out after you've paid, we'll contact you and refund you in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prices and payment<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prices are in Thai baht and include 7% VAT for delivery within Thailand.<\/li>\n<li>Prices in other currencies use exchange rates updated daily. Your card is charged in the currency you choose at checkout.<\/li>\n<li>We accept credit\/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and PromptPay, processed by Omise.<\/li>\n<li>Prices may change, but the price of an order you've already paid for won't.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See our <a href=\"https:\/\/luxemorestore.com\/en\/shipping\/\">Shipping<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Points<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Members earn 1 point for every \u0e3f10 paid. Points are added once the order has been delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Get 50 points when you sign up, and 100 points when a friend you refer places their first order.<\/li>\n<li>Use points as a discount in the cart or at checkout: 100 points = \u0e3f20, and you can use any amount.<\/li>\n<li>Points can't be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else. Points currently don't expire.<\/li>\n<li>When an order is cancelled or refunded, the points it earned are deducted and any points you spent go back into your account.<\/li>\n<li>We may change the points rules, with notice on the website beforehand. Points you've already earned stay valid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trademarks<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WHOOP is a trademark of WHOOP, Inc.
